User reviews 59 Review. Top review. Hard to watch with all the Flaws. Its a cute movie but almost the same as the first movie. I play hockey and its very hard to watch, numerous rules being broke, and the constant equipment changes.
Equipment costs a lot of money, and they all have new pieces of equipment in every game or practice sequence, like new helmets, gloves, breezers, not to mention all the goalie equipment helmets, leg pads and all, at least three different sets 6 for both goalies. If you read my review of the first movie last week , you know I was really impressed by it. What I thought was going to be just a silly kids movie turned out to be a commentary on the issues of youth hockey. It was much deeper than I anticipated. D2 was I remember enjoying all three Mighty Ducks movies as a kid. They were hockey movies so of course I saw them all and loved them.
I honestly did not have a favorite of the three, I liked them all equally.
